I discovered the transformative power of coaching six years ago after experiencing the burnout of motherhood—juggling a business, family life, and trying to hold onto a sense of self. Coaching and therapy completely reshaped my relationship with myself and those around me. As a result, I feel like a better mother, partner, and friend—more present, more grounded, and more at ease.
My Therapeutic Coaching training with Burrell Education was a deeply personal journey, as well as a profound learning experience for the clients I support. Understanding your own patterns, recognising how you respond to life’s challenges, and creating space for change is an incredible step towards healing.
Before becoming a coach, I trained professionally as a dancer and worked in musical theatre before transitioning into teaching Pilates for Women’s Health, where I specialized for 15 years. This journey led me to somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness, shaping the way I now support women through stress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, including menopause.
As a compassionate therapeutic coach, I offer a holistic, client-centered approach, blending mind-body techniques, breathwork, and coaching to help women reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and foster long-term well-being.
Whether through 1:1 coaching, workshops, or group programs, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can cultivate self-awareness, gain confidence, and develop practical tools to navigate both emotional and physical changes.
